It's different for everyone. I did two flushes last year using the chinese tinctures from sensiblehealth.com. Order the four tincture package, and if you do the proper prep work you will see results. I only got small stones out the first time, the second time I got really large stones out, more than sixty. IT can take up to five years to get them all out, with various flushes, apparentally ifyou have some, you may have as many as 5000.
I recently went vegetarian because the gallbladder pains/liver pains were so bad. It has helped me so much. They have done studies that show that by giving your body a break from meat (and heck-for life!) your liver and gallbladder will naturally begin to clean itself.
Going vegan is even better.
I've tried all stupid antifungals and supplements. It's a waste of money. You have so many issues in so many parts of your body, and they're all most likely stemming from one thing that broke down. I have been healing with a very good homeopath. If you can find a good one, go see one. I wasted way too many years and dollars with naturalpaths and ''candida specialistis'' who didnt know anything.
this homeopath and all homeopaths treat the entire person. Not a small part of your body and that's it. So these are my recommendations to you=the things I've learned through the past five years of my fight for answers.
Don't get lost in all the symptoms, find a homeopath to treat you-the person. And you'll see the problems, slowly go away one at a time. I can definitely say that going vegetarian while on the homeopathic treatment (which couldn't be simpler-3 pebbles under the tongue every two weeks), has sped up the die off and healing crisise, big time.
You will survive and thrive. Best of luck.
