I am on a 60 day water fast. I have done several before, and this is the longest I will ever be going. My longest from before was 18 days and 21 days.
Water fasting has been very successful for me. I did not gain the weight back immediately. It was only after a break up did I eat my weight back up. That tells me that I can keep it down if I want to. I just have to change my perspective.
Anyway, if you would like to follow me, feel free. I am documenting everything in the link below. I am already on day 7.
