Since starting enemas and being very pleased with the physical benefits and feeling of wellbeing that follows I have increased to 2 or more a day.

Initially I layed on my back for 15 minutes while the coffee did it's job. Recently I have begun standing or working after 5 minutes. Nothing bad happens, but I wonder if I am getting the full benefit of the coffee enema without laying down. Otherwise I could just administer it and go about my day.

When doing several a day (like Gerson) the time adds up.
