I've had ALL of those symptoms, and then some - and am better now.

The biggest thing the medicos like for you to do is feed on fear. It IS your body, and I cannot tell you what to do, but I listened to Trapper and the good folks on the VWT board.

Personally, I needed more salt and potassium and I wasn't drinking enough water.

I am much better nowadays.
