Get some kidney function tests, err, urine tests to measure kidney function. They shouldn't be that expensive.

Try a BUN and creatinine blood test to measure metabolic wastes that kidneys excrete.

Get a baseline for your kidney function.

Why do you think your kidneys are diseased exactly?
