I have been on a Water Fast for 11 days. There were a couple of days around 4-5 where I wasn't hungry, but the rest I have been. Nothing intense, more a moist feeling in the throat and the typical hunger feeling in the stomach. Its not an effort to look at food, be around food, and not eat. There's no desire to eat in that way. My tongue is still a mess and it is obvious I'm detoxing still.

Is this type of hunger ok to persist with during a water fast?
