Hi. I've read that one should be careful when taking Ashwagandha with thyroid medication because it can cause an over-active thyroid. But what about something like Thyadine? Does anyone know if it should be okay to take one drop (150 mcg) of Thyadine a day, and also take about 1,000 mg of Ashwagandha a day (divided into two doses)?
