I'll be back on it the second I'm home! Not flying just going to a conference where we can't take anything like that in, it is a bit convoluted really...

Will be interesting to see if I notice a difference without the Iodine I suppose and its only for a week and a half. Then I'll get back on the lauded 100mg...

The mercury thing in the previous message is terrifying to consider. I'm always a bit happy that the EU generally seem a little more aggressive on legislation against the most dangerous chemicals... I wonder what would happen if he ate tuna or other large fish (he did eat swordfish, which is notorious for mercury).
