Hi tetsi,

thanks for the valuable post the egg yolk definitely has a very good effect on liver detox,

with the oil bits i tried a bit of experiment replaced normal oil with castor oil and mixed them with five egg yolks and few lemons.

must say castor oil works like a charm it gave me lots of pain my abdomen but it flushes out loads of gunk.

i am gonna try that one more time today to detox.
