I haven't because I've been so housebound with my Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome soon as I got adrenal insufficiency and was put on cortisone in 2008. I was actually going to a holistic dentist to start the proceedure at the time when i was getting tremendously low cortisol symptoms, and couldnt end up doing it.

However after going on cortisone I was really unstable on it, and not able to attend many appointments anyway due to dropping so very low at any moment. Hence i just stayed home for 3 years trying treatments at home to no avail really. Now worse than ever and body is failing, it's a bigger task than it ever would have been to get them out. Yet it's the only thing I have left that I know what to do to improve. So very frustrating.
