Hi there, thanks. That photo is photoshopped to be B&W, and was from many years ago when I was MUCH better than i am now.

However I am very pale now from being stuck indoors yes. I take D and my last blood test level was about 100 which is decently high. Also I got in the sun when I could (winter now though) for 10 mins a day or so, unfortunately didn't help me much. I think my liver/gut is just so jammed up that none of the usual easy 'nautral changes' help me a great deal. :/
