It appears that you are quite pale. Im not sure if I am stating something you have already considered, but you probably have a significant vitamin D deficiency if you are unable to make it outside.

Most of my issues with candida and adrenal fatigue began after a foot injury that kept me inside for many months. Supplementing with vitamin D and getting lots of sun helped with everything.
