The best thing you can do for yeast overgrowth is drink kefir with over 40 strains of beneficial bacteria. It will take your brain fog and every symptom away. I can't say for sure if you will experience heavy die off symptoms because I didn't. But I'm pretty sure I had it bad. You can make your own kefir or buy it from the store.
