Just be careful and make sure you never kill more than you can detox. Someone suggested to check on JM's posts in the archives about same issue, reading from there one can learn an awful lot. The kill is a great part of healing. But supporting the organism should not be put aside. The liver is a very important organ. Look at all you could be doing to help it perform at BOTH killing and detoxing. Choose whatever suits you best. Personally, I go for coffee enemas. They are great at detoxing, help liver to clear from debris, and so many other operations that really boost the body. Love and Light !
