For some, I'm guessing.... it becomes compulsive behavior like gambling, sexua| disorders, drug addiction, etc. Others, never complain at all, just go about their business, ignoring negativeness.

On the other hand, a complaint forum can be a location where legitimate complaints are brought to light. So overall its probably a good forum to have.
