You might have bad bacteria/candida that is producing too much bad metabolite gases/odors. Baking soda bath might help temporary. Some chrollera or green juices might help deodorize internally.  Limiting high sulphur foods might help. Excess protein with someone that has bad bacteria overgrowth could be part of it.
