This is old but I am having a similar problem. The first night I took it, I slept through wonderfully. 2nd night, same thing, just woke up a little early. 3rd night, same thing but even earlier. I gave it the benefit of the doubt b/c I haven't read any symptoms like this but I'm now waking up at 3 in the morning and not going back to sleep. I read somewhere that it can have opposites effects at different times on different people. Soem it makes sleep, some it wakes up, I wonder if I'm an imbetweener. Today is my first time not taking if before bed after having these problems. I still took some at morning and lunch however. I've opted out of the bedtime dose.

This headache, if you can even call it that, is weird. I don't feel it unless I raise my eyebrows and crinkle my forehead. It's mostly toward my temples but lightly radiates across my forehead when I do this. IT doesn't exactly hurt, just feels weird and annoying. Never felt it before until the the ashwagandha.

I'll let you know if my dosing changes anything.
