Is it normal to feel tired from it? I feel kind of tired and a little bit depressed. Is this a detox reaction from taking activated charcoal? This is the first time I've ever taken AC before. I have a feeling that I should stay with it and maybe after a while the reaction will go away and I'll feel better?

I'm looking into poultices and Bentonite / AC baths.

Does Uny have good source of bentonite? I bought some good AC from her.
