I would really highlight his point that even good books are only guidlines and you have to do a certain amount of trial and error as you customize what treatment works for you.

Half our family have AF and it has taken us an eternity to figure out what was wrong and then start to sort it out.

In our case we ordered both from Dr Lam and Dr Wilson and the Lam package went missing whereas we received the Wilson stuff so we took it as a sign from the adrenal gods.

It sounds stuid but being super self disciplined and having a really high tolerance for discomfort can really harm you when you have AF.

We are trying to switch our thinking from "what tricks can we use to get the max amount done today" to "how can we be kind to our adrenals"

(that having to take incompletes in your courses is a real____)
