Hi you no the noise your stomach makes when hungry its that but on the right side of my stomach when im not hungry. its quite loud and there is no pain. My diet is mainly chicken wraps everyday, muesli, beef mince, turkey mince with rice etc. I also drink protein shake 3x aday witch contains 36g protein and 56g of carbohydrates per each shake. I have change my diet alot to try see if its food but since I can't smell this smell its hard to see if its working. Thanks alot for your reply
