But how do you ever find a source you really trust? Can we really trust anybody these days to produce a superior product that costs more when it's all about the highest profit margins? Sticking to a certain established standars, set of rules to guide what is ok and what isn't, seems to ensure at least certain level of quality for me. I buy almost exclusively organic and I will be so upset once the standards are so weakened I won't be able to trust them. Who do you trust? And why? Even the smaller growers may fudge and cut corners if they get greedy.
