I am glad to see you are willing to give the chia a try and I hope it works for you.

I was not so much recommending chia as a laxative but as an agent being slippery that might help things move downward. perhaps taken with an cathartic formula.

I am not sure how to further help.

I would perhaps give Schulze's product a try as it has worked in cases where so much else failed.

Perhaps not everyone can take it though. My son said it was way to o strong for him even one cap. if so you could try the intestinal cleanse #3.

One could perhaps substitute the chia seeds in formula 2 for flax seeds, but the psyllium I would think is needed as the @2 formula contains a full 7 parts of it. Also 2 parts of the bentonite.

If you have not read Dr Schulze chapter on cleaning the colon in the save yo ur life manual and would like to, send me a personal message and I will copy it and send it to your inbox. It contains ingredients and parts needed to both formulas.

I personally do not recommend making intestinal # 1 yourself as something in it make me and those nearby cough and sneeze so bad I had to discontinue putting it in capsule.

Since you are going regularly as long as the consistency is soft, floating and has a lot of volume as opposed to hard and sinking, maybe you can skip the the IC#1 and go right to the #2 but I would not leave out the psyllium, charcoal and clay as it seems to me these are some of the most important ingredients in it. I see it does contain some mucilaginous herbs like slippery elm and marshmallow root and the flax maybe you could substitute the chia for the flax but I would not change the others and still expect the same results.

I wonder if Dr Christoper's lower bowel formula might work..herballegacy.com It does not seem to have many of the things that concern you in it. It does contain cascara Be sure that the herbs used are organic bulk herbs

Schulze said if missing an herb or two still take it but I would think those you are having problems with are some of the key ingredients so I am not sure how to advise you other than that I have done thus far.
