Hi there:

1. I must note that it is not advisable to drink urine in the evening, as it stimulates the body and prevents one from falling to sleep.

2. In addition to the recommendations of Water of Life, it is advisavle to reduce the salt portion of your diet as much as possible, as exccess salts are excreted through urine, and to reduce acidic foods such as meat, dairy and eggs, rendering urine itself acidic.
