Usually the detox comes in waves, but the first phase of it can be tough. I had 2-3 months of detox hell; all kinds of intestinal upsets, fevers, infections, pains.
This didnt start until I was over 60 mg daily. I had been taking Iodine for over half a year before I upped to such amount.

Taking pauses, pulsing the dosage is a way to manage through, like one day on, two off, or vice versa. What I say to my cases is that if they want more action, increase the iodine. If they want less action, reduce or pause. Working with the body, not forcing to much at once was something I learned the hard way.
