Hey guys thanks for all your feedback.

Im doing some more research and trying to find out more things about urine therapy. So basically in the morning midstream and drink it. Ulcerative Colitis is basically just ulcers and inflammation in my big intestin. I dont absorb much nutrients. I started drinking my morning urine and evening urine. But after drinking my evening urine before going to bed i got hungry an hour later and had some soup. But that was just day 1. I didnt notice any difference after drinking the morning urine.

Do you have be on any specific diet? Im a vegetarian and I also eat out like at asian restaurants and stuff.

I also saw a video and dont know what to make out of it
