I suggest perusing YouTube.

I found several videos of people whom actually reversed cancer, fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, tumors, eczema, psoriasis, even Candida, etc.

I am going to attempt a 92 - 100 day one to try to detox from heavy metal toxicity, to heal my Leaky Gut Syndrome and to heal my adrenals. I am on day 5 and so far so good.

I have been losing around 1 lb per day and my Acne has stopped so far. I am looking to lose no more than 30 lbs, but mostly, my cellulite.

Also, my acidity level went from below 6.0 to a perfect 7.

I find that cravings and hunger are not an issue.
