Last night, I took the 100mg of iodine, waited an hour.

Took 1500mg C and 200 mcg selenomethionine and a half hour later, I had explosive diarrhea with a ton of gas.

It continued for about 2 hours.

A week ago, my mom had the same exact thing.

Anyone else have this or know why it happens?

I wonder if it means my body is starting to reach some point of saturation?
