At 60 years it is hard to say. After a recent family funeral my children said I looked the youngest of my three siblings yet I am number two, so it could be true.

I suffer aches and pains similar to most of my friends, but some older than me are physically more able; I guess that is in the genes. I am quite active, bright and in good health while many friends of the same age are the opposite, but that is not really proof. I guess where I excel is with drugs. I do not take any while most people my age do have to take daily pills.

I am not convinced that I am aging slowly, but it could be so.
