sorry if I am being redundant......it is late and I am out of town after drinking too much hard cider!!! Ha.....I will probably feel like ship tomorrow but oh well.....

I had my fillings out and the ND i was working with said from his muscle testing that all was well and I really didn't need to do any detox.
then I had chronic diarrhea for 8 months until I realized my food allergies got way worse
now grains and cruciferous veggies don't work....and that was 10 years ago.
so you are already more educated finding this group so good for you!!!!

I bailed the first try with Iodine because I was shy when symptoms came up and I went lala into another direction and then came back again and now for two years I am in the Iodine laboratory!!!

it is not everything but it is such an important piece of the puzzle.

you might also see about getting some SSKI .
I am not sure if Trapper is cooking anymore????
sometimes the SSKI is a good adjunct to Lugol's/iodoral
