I do think i believe in myself about my woes with thyroid and such, as i would never have started this journey, as you all know it is overwhelming and when going threw this it is a lonely journey as most of whom i know look at me like what are you doing to yourself as they see me sick most of the times, i dont even bother responding to invites as i only have a window of good time in after noon for a while, takes me two hours in the morning to come alive, by 4pm i am on my way to bed, this is how it has been since i started my journey, so am hanging in there, smiles Linda
