I believe you, and i so thank you and all for what you give, I just need more understanding i think, and just keep reading and just get confused on how awful i feel like my life is ending, building up to the one tab of iodoral and hearing i should take more i just need more info on going to fast as i get conflicting message, i am on the journey and want to go threw it, just scary I so dont want you to think i dont appreiate your feed back and guidance just not understanding things, please no that , smiles Linda
