When I first came to this forum I didn't know where to begin...I still don't lol.

But we can agree cleansing is the answer.

And it seems like Liver Flushing is one of the major keys.

I plan to do my first Liver Flush in two days, tomorrow is the start of the epson salts. I hope to pass some stones and feel even a little relief. That is hope to keep doing these flushes. But I realize you have to keep going until no stones are left like Taylor said.
