The dollar store has Alkaline Water labelled crystal geyser. I was drinking it when I got candida. Hope this helps.

Also asparagus, there's an alkaline foods list. I hear candida likes an alkaline environment...and the presence of yeast/fungus tends to reduce acidity in kimchee... so getting candida should do wonders for your alkalinity as it makes it's self comfortable.
