I've been fighting this for about 18 years and jut lately started doing enemas with bicarbonate of soda and Sea Salt . if what you're saying is accurate I think i'll delete Sea Salt . I have done ll kinds of enemas, colonics, herbs, drugs, etc, and nothing has really worked. The only relief I get is from enemas but it throws out my electrolytes every time, and this gets more dangerous as i age.
Have you had any problems with electrolytes?
