Hi MH and folks :-)

just wanted to know if anyone experienced headaches after cleansing your innards. (colon cleansing, parasite, etc)

Is this die-off?


I got a Reiki massage for the first time last May and got a headache and dizzyness afterwards. The massage felt AWESOME though! In May I still had yet to get my metal tooth fillings removed.


I went online to find out what was up with Reiki massages giving headaches-- and an article stated that Reiki - and other massages can result in headaches if you have toxins in you that still need to come out. They reccomended drinking water afterwards. I drank alot, and it did make the headache go away.

For what it's worth-Reiki massages (if done by someone sincere) are mysteriously wonderful!

Any experience on this?
