I am a new Iodine user.
I had avoided it since I was so toxic from only one drop and worked on parasite's first which now are not in the picture.
However, I got a KIDNEY INFECTION a few weeks ago (white cells but no blood or protein). The Antibiotics have not worked. I TOOK 2 KINDS... BAD ONES AT THAT. I ALREADY cannot tolerate the remainder of the Antibiotic choices left so I figured... time to go to IODINE.
I AM ON DAY 3. 4-6 drops the first day and 7-8 yesterday and probably 8 - 10 today. Maybe it will level out at that I do not know. I am taking it every 4 or so hours when the pain comes and thus have ramped up each day. I assume it will eventually do the job. I will stick with this for 2 weeks.
My concerns now are if the rest of the supplements that are needed with Iodine are adequate. I WOULD LIKE TO STAY BALANCED AND GET THROUGH THIS. MY SYMPTOMS are tiredness and it seems I have a heaviness in the heart area..kind of like I cannot breathe a bit, or am short of breathe. I have never had heart or lung problems so I figure it is the iodine.
ANY FURTHER ADVICE IS APPRECIATED.
after fast and furious research I am ALSO TAKING;
1/4 to 1/2 tea himalayan salt daily 2 hours away from any iodine
1000-2000mg magnesium ascorbate anytime all day.
3 mg boron
anything missinG? or not enough of?
Helene
PS Oh and 1/4 tea. baking soda that I read our kidneys need daily to stay balanced as we age.
