It sounds like Seborrheic Dermatitis . I have tiny flecks that look like dandruff too. It was gone but then I used pantene shampoo I got for free and it came back. I tried head and shoulders but that didn't help at all. You should see a dermatolgist to find out for sure since there are many similar conditions. I have medicaid and they pay for my visits. I just pay a copay of a few dollars. Check with your insurance because they should cover a trip to the dermatologist.Check out this forum site for eczema which is what seb derm is part of.
