The only ones that believe the Bleach everything theory are the Medico Mafia repeaters. As always the Devil is in the details and in this case on a sliding scale between these set goal posts.

There is a huge gap here; a bioweapon germ will both create and be distributed with the required toxins.
Then there is Anthrax, Diphtheria, Denque Fever, Yellow Fever...I could type all day..
