hmmm

I think I need to repeat that over and over.

You know what? BEFORE even leaving the house to get that highly indigestible meal (that I knew I was going to consume) I had a 16oz of my salted water but added 4 teaspoonfuls of Bragg's apple cider vinegar.

Which has potassium in it.

After seeing this post of yours last night, I decided to eat a banana at bedtime. (At least another 400mg of potassium).

When I awoke this morning, I realized that my calves and feet had NO edema in them whatsoever.
