Not necessarily. I'm just saying that the correct action would be to fast but that usually applies to diarrhea that occurs during routine life. I think that because your diarrhea is most likely a part of your fast which is being expressed because you've started eating again, you should just carry on with refeeding. If it goes on for another day then reassess the situation.
