I know exactly what you're talking about. I emphasise to you not to drink too much alcohol, do try to keep healthy. I thought my odor was gone but it returned and I know EXACTLY what you're talking about. When I didn't have the odor I was paranoid ALL the time, nervous, I couldn't think about anything BUT the odor,"do I smell today?? Did they laugh because I smelled?" I know you may like the occassional treat but I must stress, do not over-do it and try to keep your diet healthy. It will be worth it. I too think I have some intestinal problem, it could be H.Pylori. I'm going to an endoscopy done. It's weird because I too have a faecal odor and H.Pylori apparently gives off a more 'ammonious' odor. I don't know, maybe it's the same.
