Last few questions..

1) I know that we should not take vitamin C 24 hrs before Amalgam fillings removal procedure..

I heard that Activated Charcoal one hour before the procedure is good..
what is your opinion on this?
Also, why we should not take this daily if it works good(with Amalgams in mouth).

2)

I heard for the first 3 months, chelation is not required and the mercury that is coming into blood stream from the tissues will be automatically excreted from the body..
Should we just wait one week to see how her body handles before starting chelation?
