I think the supplements I mentioned in a previous message, selenium, Vitamin C and E, zinc should be fine before removal. Drinking lots of water and going to a sauna should also be fine, but not as helpful as they will be after removal and the beginning of chelation.

Avoid DMSA, ALA, cilantro, DMPS or any other chelator before removal.
