I wonder ... Iodine seems to have a protective effect.

How do you get your A and D?

I can get pastured beef liver, but I have to develop a taste for it. Tomorrow I'm also picking up some braunschweiger made by a local farm from pastured grass fed beef...though liver was the "secret ingredient" in my grandmother's delicious meatloaf!
