I have AF and have been under enormous stress lately. My mom has stage 4 cancer. I came back to their home to help take care of her, which means I am far away from my husband. I also started a huge project for them, cleaning out their garage and storage and will be having a huge sale. The project has me in way over my head on it. Today I was driving my mom to chemo and when I got out of the car, I felt dizzy, car sick, a little queasy, headachey, lightheaded, etc. Now it's night and I feel the same way still. I think it's just exhaustion, but I read that AF can cause this. Anyone else?
