The copper IUD doesn't have hormones and lasts for 10 years. It wouldn't regulate the cycle, but it IS supposed to make you bleed more heavily. It's horrible that women don't have safe, effective choices. We have been on condoms for 3 years because I'll never take hormones again. Good luck!!!
