I also am having problems with constipation. I'm a 14 year old female who's really fed up with it. I tried eating more healthy by drinking lots of vitamin c and water and also eating fiber. I even tried exercising,but the problem always came back worse. Does anybody know what I should do? This happens to me everyday. I barely feel comfortable....
