Lately I have been having trouble with severe gastrointestinal gas, bloating, cramps and random but frequent urges to use the restroom. Following my regular workout routine I passed a strange worm thing late in the day. It was surrounded by mucous and was about the length of my forearm. It occurred two hours after my chromium supplementation. Prior to this BM, I was cramping excessively and unable to use the bathroom. Could the awesome peers at curezone help me figure out what I have passed. It think it was a worm but not sure what candida and other GI dominant organisms look like.
