I remember taking 2 avocado shakes that day before the flushing.

One avocado shake in the morning and one avocado shake in the evening.

1. 1 whole Avocado + ice + 1 banana + 1/2 fuji apple

2. 1 whole Avocado + ice + 1 banana + 1 tablespoon blueberries

The whole day I must have drunk 1 liter of Ceres brand Apple Juice not from concentrate.
