Thanks for taking the time and writing that down.

I have tried everything you said. that was one of the reasons i was away for along time.

for months now i am eating raw foods. I might have taken too much oil, i took more than 20 tablesppons of extra virgin olive oil every day.

then i said ok this is not good so I tried less. Didn't work. I went on a fruit diet. this made everything worse.


also tried a diet with nuts avacados etc.

The problem here in the Netherlands is that they think you are crazy when you ask for a simple body check. I think to believe that I mgith have damaged one or more organs.

I agree, i have come to road where i need a proffesional, but i am having a hard time finding a good dokter who can sent me to aprofesional. And I want face-2-face contact. I don't think i will pay for someone from overseas. the person has to see me.

And yes I want to go as far as I can when it comes to waterfasting, but it has to be supervised because of my weight.
